Kristine Anderson, Esq.
Kristi became of counsel at ADK Heritage Law in 2017. Her practice focuses on estate planning, trust administration, and trust and probate litigation.
Kristi attended the University of Arizona in Tucson where she graduated cum laude with a Business of Science degree in Economics. While at the University of Arizona, she was a three-year recipient of a merit-based scholarship covering all fees and tuition. She also worked for three years as an advisor in the Financial Aid Department assisting parents and students navigating the financial aid process.
Kristi received her Juris Doctorate degree from the University of San Diego. While at USD, she had a paid internship with the Center for Public Interest Law, monitoring and reporting on the activities of California’s state agencies in the California Regulatory Law Reporter. Kristi was admitted to practice law in December 1996. She is also admitted to practice in the United States District Court’s Central and Southern District of California.
After graduating law school in San Diego, Kristi worked in civil litigation handling personal injury, business litigation, and estate planning matters. After Kristi relocated to Ventura County, she spent 10 years at home with her two children. During this time, she was an active community member and served for six years as a PTA board member at her children’s dual immersion school. Her husband, Marc, is also an attorney. In their free time, they enjoy camping and reading.
